With larger ticket repairs, when flipping a home, it is very hard to choose a company with confidence. When it comes to specialized trade labor, quality and efficiency can vary drastically from one company to the next. When I began looking to replace my entire roof, CRG roofing was recommended to me by a family member, who had a pleasant experience using their services before. They reassured me that their pricing and quality of work were in line for what I was looking for. I reached out to CRG roofing on a Thursday afternoon, after having already received different estimates from different companies around the area. Carlos, who was my point of contact, was extremely responsive and helpful. He talked me through choosing what color roof I wanted, and suggested going with a lighter color to reflect heat, rather than absorb it like the old roof had been doing. He also guided me in looking at the different options for the longevity of the shingles and how it would affect my overall price, After walking through all the initial steps with Carlos, we finalized my choices and patiently waited for the estimate he was creating. The very next day on Friday morning, Carlos had already send me the estimate and told me could get started the next day as long as I put down half the cost for a deposit, and pay the remaining balance after the job was completed. In my surprise, this company was able to begin Saturday morning and was able to completely finish the replacement of the roof in one day. By Sunday morning, he was making one last trip to the property to pick up any remaining trash and materials that had been left behind. Upon inspecting the work I piad the remaining balance of the invoice and was amazed on the turnaround time for a roof replacement. I definitely recommend this company for anyone in need of replacing or repairing roofs. They are very professional and extremely efficient, getting the work done as soon as they possibly can.
